Portuguese bread culture meets the North West at Pão, a Manchester-based vegan bakery with a point of view. Built on the belief that plant-based food should be generous, accessible, and quietly ethical, Pão set out to normalise vegan baking without shouting about it. Less preaching, more proving.
We created a full brand identity for the launch, alongside in-store graphics, packaging design, and supporting marketing assets for the bakery and coffee shop. The result is playful, modern, and deliberately unexpected, designed to feel welcoming rather than worthy. Every element was shaped to grow with the business, helping Pão communicate who they are in a way that feels confident, inclusive, and just a little cheeky, if you know where to look.
